IN THE MATTER OF: The Municipal Government Act, Chapter
18 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1998 (as amended)
AND
Land assessed to Odess M. Harnish, Carol Harnish, and Blair Meisner being Land at Highway 329, Mill Cove and listed
with Property Valuation Services Corporation as Highway 329, Mill Cove, Land in The Municipality of Chester, County
of Lunenburg as described in assessment number 09478892 and PID number 60492055.
TAKE NOTICE that the lands described shall be sold for taxes under the provisions of Part VI of the Municipal
Government Act for arrears of taxes with interest and expenses payable in respect thereof for the respective years
shown hereunder to The Municipality of Chester, County of Lunenburg, and unless the said arrears together with
interest and expenses are paid within sixty (60) days from the date of this Notice, the treasurer shall proceed to
sell land liable to be sold for taxes at public auction.

The estimate of additional expenses if the property is sold for taxes could be $800 with additional interest up
to the date of tax sale of $9.86.
The said land is assessed in District Number 2 in The Municipality of Chester, in the County of Lunenburg, for the years
2015-2016 to 2021-2022 in the names of Odess M. Harnish, Carol Harnish, and Blair Meisner.
And take further notice that if the owner(s) wish to challenge the right of the Municipality to sell the land up for tax sale,
then then said owner(s) should obtain legal advice and contact the Municipality.
The tax sale has been set for Tuesday the 23rd day of November, 2021, at 10am at the Royal Canadian Legion
Branch 44,14 Union Street, Chester, Nova Scotia.

Mill Cove in the county of Lunenburg and more particularly described as
fol laws:
BEGINNING at an iron bolt with aluminum cap set thirty-threefeet (33') on the Western sideline of Public Highway * 329, the said Iron
bolt with iron cap marking the Southeastern bound of property owned by
Edward Dorey;
Thence to run along the Southern boundary or the Dorey property
South fifty-seven degrees seventeen minutes eighteen seconds west IS 57 ° 17, 16" W) two hundred and ninety-three decimal seventy-six feet (293.76')
to a maple tree;
THENCE South twenty-two degrees fourteen minutes seven
seconds east (S 27 14' 07" E) along a I Ina being the prolongation of thewesternboundaryoftheEdwardDoreypropertyelghtyonefeet (BI') more
or less to a newly placed Iron bolt set on the northern boundary of property
owned by Malcolm Coolen;
THENCE to run along the Northern boundary of the Coolen property
North sixty-nine degrees fifty-one minutes twenty-five seconds East(N691*51' 25` E) to an Iron bolt with aluminum cap marking the Southwestern
boundary or property owned by Harry Harnlsh;
THENCE to run along the Western boundary of the Harry Harnish
property in a Northwesterly direction forty-two feet (42') to the
Northwest bound of the said Harnish property;
THENCE to run along the Northern boMdary of the Harry Harnish
property in a Northeasterly direction one hundred and fifty feet 050') to
the Western sideline of the aforesaid highway;
THENCE to run in a Northwesterly direction along the Western
boundary of the said highway seventy-three decimal thirty-two Net73.32') to an Iron bolt with aluminum cap being the point of beginning.
The herein before described property is SUBJECT TO the Right of Way granted in a Warranty Deed from
Blair Oscar Meisner and Clarence G. Jollimore to Clarence G. Jollimore dated January 9, 1984 and
recorded at the Registry of Deeds Office at Chester on January 13, 1984 in Book 96 at Page 683 under
CHE55 as follows:
Together with the free uninterrupted use, and liberty and privilege of the passage and right of way
through, along and over the existing driveway which traverses the southern half of the first lot as
contained in the Deed from O'Reilly to Meisner and Jollimore recorded in Book 78 at Page 970 at
Chester, Nova Scotia.'
The hereinbefore described property is ALSO SUBJECTTO the Right of Way granted in a Warranty Deed
from Blair Oscar Meisner and Clarence G. Jollimore to Clarence G. Jollimore dated January 9, 1984 and
recorded at the Registry of Deeds Office at Chester on January 13, 1984 in Book 96 at Page 683 under
CHE55 as follows:
