1) Give Second Reading to the draft Amendments to the Chester Village Secondary
Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law to permit and regulate 5-10 residential units per
structure within the Central Commercial Zone by Development Agreement.
2) Reject the draft Amendments to the Chester Village Secondary Planning Strategy and
Land Use By-law to permit and regulate 5-10 residential units per structure within the
Central Commercial Zone by Development Agreement, no further action will be taken
the file will be closed.
3) Defer making a decision at this time.
