☐ $40.00 Annual renewal fee, due January 1st annually

Issuance of a uniform advertising sign does not exempt any tourism business applicant from complying with
other by-laws, regulations, acts or similar required by the Municipality, the Province, the Federal government
or other authority. It is the responsibility of the owner/applicant as shown above to confirm they have
obtained all required permits, licensing, permission, authority, or approval necessary from all governing and
