An extension to the 6 month period will be considered providing the builder applies
in writing to the Building Official prior to the expiration of the 6 month period.

extension may still be granted upon payment of an administration fee of $15.00 for
the first unit and $5.00 for each additional unit in the same complex. Extensions
will be in multiples of months, and are at the discretion of the Building Official
