Councillor Doerr provided a verbal update with respect to the Committee of the
Whole meeting held earlier in the day.

F-1 Irrigation Shut Off Date

That Irrigation Turn-Off be scheduled for October 15, 2013 and that Canal Cease
Diversion on October 30, 2013.

That Agricultural Irrigation Charges Amendment Bylaw 1344 be adopted.

G-1 PowerPoint Presentation by Retiring Ambassadors and
Introduction of 2013 - 2014 Oliver Ambassadors
Mayor Hovanes presented the retiring Oliver Youth Ambassadors with a
plaque and flowers for their dedication to the program in 2012 - 2013.
The 2013-2014 Oliver Youth Ambassadors were presented with certificates
and sworn-in by Mayor Hovanes.

I-1 East Airport Area Sewer - Recommendation of Contract Award
- The A/Municipal Manager summarized the Engineer's report

That the East Airport Area Sewer Contract be awarded to Mike Johnson
Excavating per their tender dated August 27, 2013 in the amount of $86,199.75.
