If you received a Grant from the Municipality of the District of Chester within the last year, you are required to complete this brief report to provide information about how the grant
funds were spent. Please include any information you feel is pertinent to outline the project or event.
The Municipality’s financial records are audited annually including grants issued. As a result, any organization receiving a grant from the Municipality may be subject to this audit
to determine whether the funds received from the Municipality were spent as intended. Failure to submit a grant report may impact future funding requests.
