Note 4: Where the Town of Oliver, in issuing a building permit, indicates that it has relied on certification of compliance from a professional
designer retained by the owner that the plans or the aspects of the plans and their construction comply with the Building Code and other
enactments respecting safety, the building permit fee (not including the application fee) shall be reduced as follows:
(a) a 5% reduction when certification of compliance is given for foundations only; or
(b) a 30% reduction when certification of compliance is given for the entire structure
