BY -LAW NUMBER 2012 -44
Being a by -law to appoint members
to the Tecumseh Corn Festival
Committee for the Year 2012.
WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Tecumseh ( "Council') is
desirous of establishing a Corn Festival Committee for the year 2012;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
TECUMSEH ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the following members are hereby appointed to the Tecumseh Corn
Festival Committee:
Executive:
Mayor Gary McNamara
Councillor Joe Bachetti (Chair)
Deputy Mayor Cheryl Hardcastle (Vice Chair)
Councillor Marcel Blais
Councillor Tania Jobin
Anthony Corona
Chris Janisse Chelsae Durocher
Samantha Maybes David Lozinsky

THAT the term of the said members shall expire on the 31St day of December,
2012 or until such time as new appointments are made by Council.
THAT this By -law shall come into force and take effect upon third and final
reading.
