A By-law to authorize the removal of a
house and garage at 13102 Riverside
Drive in the Town.of Tecumseh at a
cost of $2,567.00.
W~AS it is deemed necessary .and expedient to. remove
a house and garage at 13102 Riverside Drive in the Town of Tecumseh.
NOW TEEREFORE THE cOUNcIL OF TEE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF TECUMSEH ENACTS ~AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the house and garage lo~d-at 13102 Riverside
Drive be removed at a tendered cost of $2,567.00 by Dumouchelle Bros.,
the lowest~nder properly submitted on plans and specifications pre-
pared by Lsfontaine Cowie, Buratto & Associates Limited.
2. That the Mayor .~and Clerk be and they are hereby author-
ized to tske such necessary steps for %he above purposes and to execute
a document or documents for the said purposes and to authorize Lafontaine
Cowie, Buratto & Associates Limited, to inspect and report in the said
matters.
