SOUTH AT ALL ITS METi'TINGS HELD DTRI"i\TG

VŒ"PRBAS by Section 9 of The IVb.1nicipal Act, beini"': Chapter
284 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1960, the powers of a
Mlniciual Corporation are to be exercised by its Council;
i~],TD V¡¡¡~Ti~REAS by Subsection 1 of Section 2/12 of the
~lniciual Act, beiilG Chapter 284 of the Revised Statutes of
Ontario, J960, the powers of every CounciJ are to be exercised
by by-law;
AND WHT;'REAS it i 8 deemed expedi ent that the proceedings
of the COlJncil of the Corporation of the 'township of" Sandwich
South at these meetings be confirmed and adopted by by-law;
NOW ~~lŒREF'ORE the Council of the Corpora ti on of the
'rownship of Sandwi cll. South enacts as follows:
1& ~ehat action of the Council of the Corporation of the
'rownshi1:) of Sandwich South in resnect of each resolution contained
:ì.n the minute s of the meetings of May 6th, 16th and 21s t re specti ve
ly, is hereby adonted and confirmed as if all such proceedin~s
were expressly embodied in this by-law.
20 ''Chs Reeve and Clerk of the Corporati on of the Tovmshi
of Sandwich South arc hereby authorized and directed to do all
thln~s necessary to give effect to the action of the Council of
the Corporation of the Township of Sandwich South re.ferred to in
precedinv section hereof.
3. The Reeve and Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute all docu.ments necessary in that behalf and to affix
thereto the seal of the Corporation of the rCownship of S8ndwi.ch
