Purpose of the Amendment The purpose of this Amendment is to provide for the expansion of an industrial use into an area that was hitherto rural. o 2. Location of Lands Affected This Amendment applies to the lands indicated on Schedule "M"t attached hereto. 3. Basis for the Amendment The basis for this Amendment is the proposed expansion of an existing industrial use adjacent to the City of Windsor and an area designated industrial in the Official Plan for the City of Windsor. 4. Details of the Amendment (a) Schedule "A"t Land Use Plant will be amended by changing the designation of lands shown on Schedule "M"t attached hereto, fromt "Rural Areas" t to IIIndustrial Area II. 5. Interpretation The provisions of the Official Plan as amended from time to time regarding the interpretation of that plan shall apply in regard to this Amendment. 6.
