BY-LAW 91-33
being a by-law to appoint
Municipal Auditors for the Corporation
of The Township of Sandwich South
and Boards
WltEREAS Bill 122 of the Municipal Statute Law Amendment Act, 1991
received Royal Assent on June 27, 1991;
AND WHEREAS Bill 122 makes provision to appoint a municipal auditor
for up to a five (5) year term;
AND WltEREAS the Township of Sandwich South is desirous of
appointing a municipal auditor, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in
the Municipal Act;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF
THE TOWNSHIP OF SANDWICH SOUTH ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That any and all by-laws and resolutions inconsistent with the
above be and are hereby repealed.
That the auditing firm of BDO Ward Mallette be retained to perform the
1992 audit for the Township of Sandwich South and its Boards.
3. This By-Law shall come into force January 1, 1992.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED
THIS 28TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1991.
