POLICY P -31
CERTIFICATES OF CONGRATULATIONS
Certificates of Congratulations will be awarded for the following occasions:
• Birthdays of 100 years or more
• Wedding Anniversaries of 50 years or more
Certificates will only be issued once every five years after the initial certificate has been awarded.
Procedure:
• Request must be in writing and received at least 10 days prior to the event outlining the occasion along
with correct information, i.e. date, name, event.
