POLICY P -41
MUNICIPAL SERVICES SPECIFICATIONS POLICY
1. It is the intention of the Municipality of the District of Chester to prescribe standards and
specifications for connections to wastewater facilities and stormwater systems and the conditions
under which connections may be made.
2. These standards are outlined in the Municipal Services Specifications Manual dated July 2001
and adopted by resolution of Council on July 12, 2001 by motion number 2001.435 in
accordance with Section 328 (1) of the Municipal Government Act. Council wishes to adopt, by
policy, the standards and specifications for connection to wastewater facilities and stormwater
systems as well as conditions under which connections maybe made as outlined in the Municipal
Services Specifications Manual dated July 2001.
3. The Municipal Services Specifications Only 2001) are subject to change with changes to
regulations, the Municipal Government Act, and /or future policies of Council.
