When issuing an Occupancy Permit for a structure which requires a civic number, the Building Inspector should also convey to the applicant a civic number sign plate conforming to the requirements of the Civic Addressing By -law, showing the civic number as issued by the Civic Address Co- ordinator. 2. The cost of producing a civic number sign plate shall be recovered from the applicant at the time of application for the Building Permit. 3. Where a property owner or occupant requests additional civic numberplates, the municipality shall recover the costs from the requester. 4. Where the Civic Addressing Co- ordinator requires that a civic number previously issued under the Civic Addressing By -law must be changed to a different number, the Municipality shall supply to the affected building owner or occupant the civic number plate showing the new civic number. 5. For each private road listed in the Master Street Address Guide the Municipality shall supply and install one road name sign for each public highway intersection.
