MUNICIPAL PLAN BY-LAW AMENDMENT

The Council of the town of Sussex, under authority vested in it by Section 117 of the
Community Planning Act, hereby enacts as follows:
1) By-Law # 704-20 entitled “The Municipal Plan By-Law of the Town of Sussex,
N.B.”, enacted April 27, 2020, is hereby amended by amending the Future
Land Use Map, Schedule “A” dated April 2020 by changing designation of a
portion of the property bearing P.I.D. #00265041 from “Neighbourhood
Residential” (“NR”) to “Medium to High-Density Residential ” (“MHD”) on the
area as shown on Schedule “A-02” dated April 2023 hereto attached.
2) This by-law is in conjunction with the provisions set out in the resolution of
Council and contained within the Zoning By-law Amendment, By-law #1350-
21-03, amending the Zoning By-law #1350-20 enacted on the 2oth day of
December 2021.
