request for funding under the Provincial Capital Assistance Program (PCAP) for the Municipality

5.3 Letter of regret from NS Municipal Affairs dated July 25, 2014 regarding the Municipality’s request
to fund the Village of Chester Water System Feasibility Study under the Provincial Capital
