1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Moved by: Deputy Mayor Wilson
Seconded by: Councillor MacLeod
THAT the agenda be approved as circulated.
Motion Carried
2. DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST
No members present declared a conflict of interest on any of the items on the
agenda at this time.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING #04-23
Moved by: Councillor Brenan
Seconded by: Councillor MacLeod
THAT the minutes of meeting 04-23 be approved as circulated.

5.a ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STEERING COMMITTEE.
5.b FUNDY TRAIL PARKWAY.

5.c SUSSEX POPULATION GROWTH STRATEGY:
5.c.1 COVENTRY WALK SUBDIVISION
CAO Hatcher advises there are 3 homes in various stages of
construction in Phase 2 on Thomas Lane. One vacant lot remains.
5 foundations in Phase 3 have been installed thus far in 2023.
Construction remains steady and is anticipated to continue for the
remainder of 2023
A brief discussion regarding the progress then took place.
5.d ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS
Nothing new to report on the Town's 2023 application with NB Power. CAO
Hatcher advises the 2023 budget has been announced by the Province.
5.e FLOOD MITIGATION PLAN UPDATE
There was nothing new to report at this time.

The Kings Regional Service Commission Annual General
meeting agenda was received and filed by Committee.

The 2022 Annual Report presentation for the Kings Regional
Service Commission was introduced at the April 26, 2023
meeting.
