understand that council is considering an extension of the sidewalks in Chester.
I would lite to say that we feel that the area from the Scotia Bank, around the "S" turn onto Duke street is a high
priority.
The Chester Playhouse often partners with the schools to have the students attend performances at the Playhouse. The
students have to g a I k to the theatre, and that area is rather-dan Brous for the youth, as we 11 as for ordinary pedestrians,
I hope that council considers this a high risk area that needs to have attention.
