1. Approval of Agenda
Moved by: Councillor Brenan
Seconded by: Councillor Nelson
THAT the agenda for this Committee of the Whole meeting be approved as
circulated.
Motion Carried
2. Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
No members present declared a conflict of interest on any items on the agenda
at this time.
3. Approval of Minutes April 24, 2023
Moved by: Councillor Milner
Seconded by: Councillor MacLeod
THAT the minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting, held on April 24, 2023
be approved as circulated.

4. Motions Arising out of Committee of the Whole
Chairperson Maguire noted that there were no outstanding motions arising out of
the Committee of the Whole.

7. Works Committee
There were no items on the agenda for the Works Committee.
8. Community Services Committee
8.a 8th Hussars Sports Centre Change Room Renovations
CAO Hatcher reviewed the memo from Community Services Director
Thorne relating to Tender #PD23-049 — Changeroom Renovations. Due to
the submissions coming in over budget, Administration, through the
consultant, had requested that the low bidder, ICR General Contractors
Limited provide updated pricing to delete all work in the referees room and
adjacent washroom. Administration is recommending that Council accept
the revised pricing of $215,914.00 HST included from ICR General
Contractors Limited. The Committee agreed to forward this item to
Council through the Community Services Committee.
9. Economic Development and Long Range Planning Committee
There were no items on the agenda for the Economic Development and Long
Range Plahning Committee.
10. Protective Services Committee
There were no items on the agenda for the Protective Services Committee.
11. Administration Committee

Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment 1350-21-03 and Municipal Plan
By-law Amendment 704-20-02
CAO Hatcher informed the Committee that the public presentation for this
proposed by-law was not held as scheduled on May 11th for the proposed
Zoning By-law Amendment, By-law 1350-21-03 for the 358 St. George
Street development. It will be necessary to make a new resolution of
Council with the new dates for both the Public Presentation and Hearing of
Objections in order to fulfill the requirements of the Community Planning
Act. The Committee agreed to forward this item to Council through the
Administration Committee.

Chairperson Maguire noted that the next regular meeting of the Committee of the
Whole is scheduled for June 19, 2023
