THAT the agenda for this Committee of the Whole meeting be approved as circulated.

2. Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
No members present declared a conflict of interest on any items on the agenda at this
time.
3. Approval of Minutes June 19, 2023
Moved by: Councillor Nelson
Seconded by: Councillor Milner
That the minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting, held on June 19, 2023 be
approved as circulated.

4. Motions Arising out of Committee of the Whole
Chairperson Maguire noted that there were no outstanding motions arising out of the
Committee of the Whole.
5. Delegations, Petitions and Correspondence:
Chairperson Maguire noted there were no delegations, petitions, or correspondence.

Chairperson Maguire noted that there was no business arising out of the Committee of
the Whole.
7. Works Committee
There were no items on the agenda for the Works Committee.

8. Community Services Committee
8.a LETTER OF OFFER - STUDENT EMPLOYMENT AND EXPERIENCE DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM
The Committee reviews a letter of offer from the Student Employment and Experience
Development (SEED) program regarding an approval forAleah Soper for the 2023 year
as a labourer. Correspondence reviewed and filed by the Committee.
Chairperson Maguire requests this item be brought forward under the Administration
Committee Report to Council.
9. Economic Development and Long Range Planning Committee
There were no items on the agenda for the Economic Development and Long Range
Planning Committee.
10. Protective Services Committee
There were no items on the agenda for the Protective Services Committee.
11. Administration Committee
11.a 1125 MAIN STREET - BRUCE MCNEIL, RURAL PLAN AMENDMENT RESOLUTION
The Committee reviews the draft resolution for a rural plan amendment of By -Law 125-
14-04, for 1125 Main Street, owner Bruce McNeil.
Chairperson Maguire requests this item be brought forward under the Administration
Committee Report to Council.

Chairperson Maguire noted there is no new business.
13. Date of Next Scheduled Regular Meeting -August 21, 2023
Chairperson Maguire noted that the next regular meeting of the Committee of the Whole
is scheduled for August 21, 2023.
