An amendment to the Civic Numbering By-law # 46

1 The purpose of this By-law is to amend Section 9 to read as follows:
"A person who fails to comply with the provisions of this by-law
commits an offence punishable under Part 11 of the Provincial
Offences Procedure Act as a category B offence."
