A BY-LAW TO AMEND BYLAW # 113-10
A BYLAW RESPECTIING THE PREVENTION OF FIRES
The Council of the Village of Sussex Corner, pursuant to the authority granted under
Section 109 of the Municipalities Act of the Province of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
Bylaw # 113-10 A Bylaw Respecting the Prevention of Fires is hereby amended by adding the
following section to the existing bylaw:
BURNING
7. (4) (h) the burning is consistent with the policies of the Department
of Natural Resources (1-866-458-8080) and the Department
of Environment and Local Government.
