MUNICIPAL SERVICES BY-LAW
The Council of the Village of Sussex Corner, under authority
vested in it by Section 7 of the Municipalities Act, enacts as
follows:
INTERPRETATION
(A.) In this By -Law,
A) "powers and services" includes all powers and services
provided by the Municipality which are contained in the
First Schedule of the Municipalities Act, R.S.N.B.
Chapter M-22.
GENERAL PROVISION
1. ) Any person who, without obtaining permission to do so
from Council, alters, removes, replaces, interfers with,
destroys or in any way changes the curbs, sidewalks,
gutters, storm sewers, street lights or other public
service, commits an offence.
