A B`Y-LAW TO ESTABLISH A PLANNING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The Council of the Village of Sussex Corner, under
authority vested in it by subsection (1) of section 12 of
the Community Planning Act, enacts as follows:
1.
Title
This By-law may be cited as the Village of;Sussex
Planning Advisory Committee By-law.
Advisory Committee Established
2. A Planning Advisory Committee, consisting of six
members, is established.
By-law Recealed
3. By-law No. 8, the Village of Sussex Corner
Planning Advisory Committee By-law, is repealed.
