Amendment to Waste Disposal By-law # 48
Village of Sussex Corner
A By-law to amend the Waste Disposal By-law # 48, of the Village of Sussex Corner as follows:
I. In Section 5 (a), replace the paragraph with the following:
"All waste materials to be collected by the Village shall be placed at curbside. Such waste
shall be placed for collection after 9 pmof the evening prior to the day set for collection, if it is
placed in an animal proof container. If not placed in an animal proof container, the waste shall not
be placed out for pickup prior to 6 am of the day set for collection."
2. This amendment becomes effective on the date of final passing thereof.
