HomeMy Public PortalAbout1005 STOP UP AND CLOSE A PORTION OF SUNNYSIDE DRIVE (WARD 1) A BY-LAW TO STOP UP AND CLOSE A PORTION OF SUNNYSIDE DRIVE IN THE TOWN OF SUSSEX TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC BY-LAW # 1005 BE IT ENACTED by the Council of the Town of Sussex pursuant to Section 186A of the Municipalities Act as follows. The Council of the Town of Sussex does hereby stop up and close to vehicular traffic a portion of the highway located in the said Town of Sussex and known as Sunnyside Drive, more particularly described as follows: “a strip of land of a uniform width of 50 feet extending from the easterly boundary of Hillside Crescent at the eastern entrance of said street, and thence in an easterly direction to the western boundary of Kirk Hill Cemetery Limited lands.” IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town of Sussex has caused the Corporate Seal of the said Town to be affixed to this by-law the 14th day of February, A.D., 1972, and signed by: Ivan Maguire, the member of the Elmor G.
