The Council of the Town of Sussex, pursuant to Section 187 (2) of the
Municipalities Act, enacts as follows.
The Council of the Town of Sussex does hereby stop up and close a portion of
the highway located in said Town of Sussex and known as Bryant Drive more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeastern corner of Her Majesty, the Queen, in Right of
the Province of New Brunswick, as Represented by the Department of
Education Property, said point have NB Grid Coordinate values as follows:
East 2579009.228 North 7414113.065.
Thence on NB Grid Azimuths of thirty-seven degrees, forty-two minutes and
fifty-five seconds (37°42’55”) a distance of twenty-five and thirty –nine
hundredths (25.39)meters to a survey marker on the northwestern
boundary of M.M.H. Prestige Homes Inc. Property, as shown on Plan
11283380, said point having NB Grid coordinate values as follows: East
2579024.763 North 7414133.153.
Thence on an azimuth of one hundred and sixty-five degrees, zero-four
minutes and fifty seconds (165°04’50”) along a portion of the western
boundary of the aforementioned M.M.H. Prestige Homes Inc. Property a
distance of fifteen and forty-one hundredths (15.41) meters to a survey
marker, said point having NB Grid coordinate values as follows: East
2579028.731 North 7414118.262.
Thence on an azimuth of two hundred and fifty-five degrees, zero-four
minutes and forty seconds (255°04’40”) along a portion of the northwestern
boundary of the aforementioned M.M.H. Prestige Homes Inc. Property a
distance of twenty and eighteen hundredths (20.18) meters to the point of
beginning.
The so described parcel of land contains an area of one hundred and fifty-five
and five tenths (155.5) square meters and is distinguished as Parcel “BD” on
a “Plan of Survey of A Portion of Bryant Drive To Be Closed, The Municipality
of the Town of Sussex, Parish of Sussex, County of Kings, Province of New
Brunswick,” prepared by Don-More Surveys Ltd. on April 11, 2001.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE Town of Sussex has caused the Corporate Seal
of said Town to be affixed to this By-Law the 22nd day of May, 2001, and
