An amendment to the Traffic By-law # 59-00

1. The purpose of this By-law is to amend Section 6 to read as follows:
"A person, or corporation, who fails to comply with the
provisions of this by-law, commits an offence punishable
under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as
a category B offence."
