An amendment to the Traffic By-law # 64-01

1. The purpose of this By-law is to amend Section 3 to read as follows:
"Every person who violates any provision of this By-law, is guilty of an
offence and is punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure
Act as a category B offence."
