A BY-LAW TO REGULATE WATER, SANITARY AND STORM SEWER
SYSTEMS, BY-LAW #1203-10
BY-LAW #1203-10-04
1 The following subsection 3(ii) of Section III Water Supply and Distribution
System, shall be deleted in its entirety from By-law #1203-10:
(ii) It shall be mandatory, for any new commercial, agricultural, industrial,
institutional or residential building or new use or uses in an existing
building, to which water is connected, through the municipal
distribution system, to have a water meter complete with an external
remote readout, or device prescribed by this Municipality, installed prior
to activation or delivery of any water to the premises. The water meter
size shall be the same size, as the diameter of the water service
connection.
2 The following subsection 3(ii) of Section III Water Supply and Distribution
System shall be added it its entirety to By-law #1203-10:

connection, or as approved by the Works Officer.
