Amendment to Water By-law 37-99
Village of Sussex Corner
Under the authority provided by the Municipalities Act, the Village of Sussex Corner amends
Water By-law 37-99 as follows:
Section 33(d) shall be amended to read as follows:
"No person being an owner, tenant or occupant of any premises supplied
with water by the municipality, shall,
(d) use the water to fill swimming pools, lakes or ponds on his or another
persons premises."
