Chairperson Maguire noted that there were no outstanding motions arising out of
the Committee of the Whole.

5.a Letter Hon. Rob Moore P
CAO Hatcher reviewed with the Committee the letter of support from MP
Rob Moore for the diversion channel project under the Disaster Financial
Mitigation Fund and the town's Flood Risk Mitigation Plan and updated the
Committee on the correspondence with various levels of government to
keep the file active.
