Agreement Authorization Bylaw 1282 has been amended by the following bylaw:

BYLAW 1282
A bylaw respecting the dispute adjudication system agreement
The council of the Town of Oliver, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1.This bylaw may be cited as "Southern Interior Bylaw Notice Dispute Adjudication
Registry Agreement Authorization Bylaw 1282".
2.The Town of Oliver is authorized to enter into, and the signing authorities are
authorized to execute the dispute adjudication system agreement and subsequent five-
year renewals as authorized by Delegation of Council Authority Bylaw 1324.
3.If a portion of this bylaw is held invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, then the
invalid portion must be severed and the remainder of this bylaw is deemed to have
been adopted without the severed section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph,
clause or phrase.
